Privacy Policy

Effective July 7, 2026

Performance Elite, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") runs The Proven Athlete. We work with families and young athletes, so we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website and programs, you agree to how we handle information as described here.

01 Information We Collect

We collect the information we need to run the programs and support your family:

  • Account details you give us, like name, email, phone number, and the athlete's sport and age range
  • Payment details, which are processed by our payment provider (we do not store your full card number)
  • Messages and content you send us, including photos, results, or testimonials you choose to share
  • Usage information collected automatically, like your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps

02 How We Collect It

We collect information two ways: directly from you when you sign up, buy a program, or contact us, and automatically through cookies and similar tools when you browse the site.

03 How We Use It

We use your information to:

  • Deliver programs and manage your account and membership
  • Process payments and send receipts
  • Send program updates, coaching, and account messages
  • Improve the site and our training
  • Keep the service secure and prevent misuse
  • Meet our legal and tax obligations

04 Children's Privacy

The Proven Athlete is meant to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian for athletes under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without a parent's consent.

A parent or guardian must consent before we use any photo or video of a child under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without the right consent, we will delete it. If you believe your child gave us information without your permission, email us and we will remove it.

05 How We Share It

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • With service providers who help us operate, like our payment processor, email and text tools, and analytics
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our athletes and families
  • If the business is ever sold or merged, in which case information moves with it under this same policy
  • In an aggregated, de-identified form that cannot be used to identify you

06 Payment Information

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor that specializes in secure transactions. We receive confirmation that a payment went through and basic billing details, but we do not see or store your full card number.

07 Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used so we can make it better. You can control or turn off cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well without them.

08 How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to run the service, meet legal or tax requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

09 Your Choices and Rights

You can review or update your account information anytime, and you can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. You can opt out of marketing messages using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Account and billing messages will still be sent while your account is open.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. Email us and we will help.

10 Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe and to fix problems quickly if they come up.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know.
